We are committed to assisting customers who wish to return or exchange goods purchased from our Campbellfield and Dandenong stores. Our return and exchange policy complements your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
1. Refunds and Returns/Exchanges
- Valid Tax Invoices: To initiate a return or exchange, you must provide a valid and intact tax invoice.
- Condition of Returned Goods: All returned items must be unused and in their original condition, packaging, and sales condition.
- Full Roll Grass Refunds: We only offer refunds for full rolls of grass in either 2m or 4m widths. The turf must be returned in its original wrapping and must not have been used.
- Return Window: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of the invoice, provided you have proof of purchase.
- Return Fee: A 30% return fee will be incurred, or you may opt for a full credit voucher for your next purchase.
2. Exceptions: Please Choose Carefully
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges due to a change of mind or incorrect decisions on the following items:
- Custom cut products, including rolls of grass, timber, and posts, made to your specific request.
3. Refund Process
- Management Discretion: All refunds are subject to management discretion.
- Payment Method: Refunds will be processed using the payment method stated on the original receipt. Please note that the original credit card must be presented to receive the refund, or you will need to provide your bank details.
- Proof of Purchase: Refunds cannot be issued without proof of purchase.
4. Guarantee with Proof of Purchase
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. We will accept returns, exchanges, replacements, or refunds for products that are faulty or not of acceptable quality.
